General Return Policy
It is our goal to service our customers in the best way possible. If you are unhappy with your purchase or if your purchase is the incorrect size or color we will be glad to refund or exchange. All items must be in their original packaging and with tags if applicable. Returns or exchanges must be made within 30 days of purchase. Items returned after 30 days will not be refunded or exchanged.
Merchandise must be unworn, and in the original packaging. We'll also accept the return of incorrect or defective merchandise that meets the guidelines below.
- Unworn Merchandise: Includes any item that is in new condition, still contains the original tags and is in the original packaging (if any). Returns will not be accepted if item exhibits any obvious signs of wear or is not in the condition in which it was received. All original packaging and materials including boxes, manuals, warranty cards, instructional DVDs, and any other materials in the original shipment must be returned with your merchandise.
- Defective Merchandise: Includes any item that is in new condition, returns will not be allowed on items after 30 days of purchase. Returns will not be accepted if item exhibits any obvious signs of misuse. On all swimwear, if the swimsuit did not have a hole in the fabric upon arrival, we will be unable to return as this is not a manufacturer defect. - Incorrect Merchandise: Contact us via e-mail or contact MI Sports Support if you received an item that is different than what was described on the website or is the wrong size, color, or style than what you ordered.

Returns on Orders with Free Shipping
Orders that received Free Shipping will be subject to standard shipping costs if the returns drop the total purchase amount below $75.00
On Unworn or incorrect items:
If you need to return an item, please send back to the address listed below with the original invoice and a note stating whether you would like a refund or an exchange. MI Sports is not responsible for return shipping costs. Exchanges are shipped free of charge. Exchanges will be charged an $8.00 shipping charge after the first exchange is made.
On Defective Merchandise:
Retuns on defective merchandise must be first approved my an MI Sports Customer Service Representative. If an item appears to be defective upon arrival please call immediatly so we can address the issue quickly. If an item is returned and it is not deemed defective by MI Sports, the customer will be responsible for all shipping costs associated with the order.
Please note: If an item is cut or damaged upon opening a package MI Sports is not responsible for replacement of the damaged item.

Cyber Monday and Black Friday return policy
Items that are purchased at discounted prices during a holiday event sale may be excahnged only. Returns are not eligible for cash refunds. The customer will be responsible for all charges associated with exchange shipping. An $8.00 shipping charge will be applied to all exchange orders.

Clearance items are exchangeable for size only. Returns are not given on clearance items some of these items include but are not limited to the following:
All custom items are non-exchangeable and non-returnable. This includes backpacks with custom embroidery, swimwear with team logos, parkas with custom embroidery.
